We produce a non-chill filtered, single-barrel, Straight Bourbon Whiskey for those who appreciate intensity and complexity.
We age our spirit for a full 10 years in darkness, letting the dramatic Kentucky heat and cold work their magic on the new charred oak. This extended aging period creates a complex, intense whiskey that refuses to be watered down—a powerful, honest experience straight from the barrel.

Tasting Notes
This high-rye mash bill results in a whiskey that is not conventionally "smooth," but rather complex and fiery. It will present bold flavors of cinnamon, clove, and dark cherry on the palate, evolving into deep notes of charred oak, burnt sugar, and dried tobacco after a decade in the barrel.
